KPMG Advisory offre servizi di consulenza alle imprese per affiancarle nella trasformazione del business model, nel miglioramento e nella digitalizzazione dei processi, nell'analisi e nella gestione dei rischi, nonché supporto nelle operazioni di finanza straordinaria.

Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platforms, guiderai progetti di trasformazione digitale in ambito Commercial Excellence, supportando i clienti nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni digitali per la gestione integrata dei processi commerciali. La posizione è basata presso la nostra sede di Firenze.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Condurre gli incontri con il cliente per analizzare l'as-is dei processi commerciali (pricing, sconti, promozioni e compensazione variabile) identificando gap e aree di miglioramento

Definire la gap analysis e le specifiche funzionali, traducendo le esigenze di business in requisiti di sistema chiari e strutturati

Guidare la configurazione di piattaforme come SAP, Akeron e Price Fx, disegnando le regole di calcolo dei listini prezzi, i flussi di approvazione degli sconti e le logiche di pianificazione delle promozioni commerciali, confrontandoti direttamente con gli stakeholder di progetto

Gestire in autonomia uno o più filoni di attività all'interno del progetto, riportando a Manager/Senior Manager sull'avanzamento

Coordinare le attività di test funzionali, assicurando che il sistema risponda correttamente ai requisiti definiti e gestendo eventuali criticità emerse

Supervisionare la fase di go-live e la formazione degli utenti finali, garantendo un passaggio efficace verso l'operatività della piattaforma

Affiancare e formare risorse più junior all'interno del team, condividendo conoscenze e best practice di progetto

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, inclusi i settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

Hai maturato esperienza in ambito consulenziale o aziendale su progetti di digitalizzazione dei processi commerciali, con un'esposizione diretta a temi di pricing, promozioni o gestione degli sconti

Hai familiarità con piattaforme come SAP, Akeron o Price Fx, anche solo su alcuni moduli o ambiti specifici

Sai gestire il rapporto con il cliente nelle fasi di analisi e raccolta requisiti, oltre che nella gestione di criticità operative

Sai gestire la complessità di progetti con più stakeholder, bilanciando esigenze di business e vincoli di sistema

Hai già avuto occasione di affiancare o formare risorse più junior all'interno del team

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 31.000 e € 41.000 per la qualifica di Senior Consultant e tra € 38.000 e € 51.000 per la qualifica di Assistant Manager, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to businesses, supporting them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitalization, risk analysis and management, as well as in extraordinary finance operations.

By joining the Enterprise Platforms Team, you will lead digital transformation projects in the Commercial Excellence space, supporting clients in the design and implementation of digital solutions for the integrated management of commercial processes. The position is based at our Florence office.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Leading client meetings to analyze the as-is state of pricing, discount, and promotion processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement

Defining gap analyses and functional specifications, translating business needs into clear and structured system requirements

Driving the configuration of platforms such as SAP, Akeron, and Price Fx, designing price calculation rules, discount approval workflows, and trade promotion budget logic, working directly with project stakeholders

Independently managing one or more workstreams within the project, reporting progress to the Manager/Senior Manager

Coordinating functional testing activities, ensuring the system correctly meets the defined requirements and managing any issues that arise

Overseeing the go-live phase and end-user training, ensuring a smooth transition to platform operations

Mentoring and coaching junior team members, sharing knowledge and project best practices

You will be involved in national and international projects, collaborating with highly skilled professionals and working closely with our Consumer and Industrial Market clients, including the Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors.

This opportunity is right for you if:

You have gained experience, in consulting or industry, on commercial process digitalization projects, with direct exposure to pricing, promotions, or discount management topics

You're familiar with platforms such as SAP, Akeron, or Price Fx, even if limited to specific modules or areas

You know how to manage client relationships during analysis and requirements-gathering phases, as well as handling operational issues

You're able to navigate the complexity of multi-stakeholder projects, balancing business needs with system constraints

You've already had the chance to mentor or train junior resources within a team

You have a good command of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
