As an Intern for Customer Engagement, you'll gain valuable experience in digital communication, marketing, content management and performance analysis, contributing to initiatives that connect with patients and healthcare communities. With a digital & marketing mindset, you'll support the development and execution of online strategies focused on disease awareness and the development and approval of marketing assets to be used by pharma reps.

You will be involved in the following activities
Support the definition of an editorial plan for social media channels and the disease-focused website targeting the patient population
Analyze the performance of social media channels and the website, generating actionable insights to optimize content strategy
Contribute to the review of communication, marketing and engagement materials, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance
Manage content in PromoMats, including tracking material expiration dates and supporting the approval workflow
Conduct competitive landscape analysis of the online environment to identify trends and opportunities
Participate in cross-functional and cross-therapeutic area projects, collaborating with diverse internal teams
Draft presentations and slides to support strategic and operational discussions
About you
A degree or Master's in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or Management Engineering
Fluent English skills (minimum level: B2)
Strong analytical mindset and constructive critical thinking
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to change.
