Job Summary

The Financial Analyst is a results-oriented finance role that reports to the Regional Controller.

Recipe to Succeed:

Prepare and distribute monthly internal and external financial reporting

Provide management and client ad-hoc reporting as required

Maintain and analyze metric reporting for various operations

Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data

Assist in compiling and analyzing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

Support driving robust loss prevention controls and ensuring the transparency and integrity of financial reporting

Utilization of data from S/4 and various Corporate reporting to support raising the awareness of various deficiencies in the area of loss prevention

Provide guidance and be a resource for high level projects and audits

Attend Divisional and Regional meetings as needed

Necessary Ingredients:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

3 + years experience in finance environment, including reporting & analysis

Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint and SAP

Strong analytical, accounting and reporting skills

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively across different departments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment

Able to identify issues and prepare effective reports, briefing notes and presentation materials.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including up to 20% travel when necessary
