RESEARCH ANALYST

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and providing analytical support to the organization. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to identify and evaluate trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pediatric healthcare industry. Your findings and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping our company's strategies and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics related to pediatric healthcare, including market trends, competitor analysis, and patient demographics

Gather and interpret data from various sources, including surveys, databases, and industry reports

Develop and maintain databases to track and analyze key performance indicators

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and SPSS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of the pediatric healthcare industry is a plus
