Job Purpose

A Senior Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for leading software development projects, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring code quality. They also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Their role involves a mix of technical expertise and leadership to drive the development of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions as outlined in IT Software Developer.

May act as a lead on projects and guide lower level Developers.

Contributes to the team in an above average manner.

Experience Required

Experienced engineer with 5+ years of career experience, with Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years experience with Master’s degree.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Capable of defining appropriate approaches and solutions.

Furthers knowledge of profession through continued education and/or seeking or providing mentorship.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
