Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer
About the Role Experience-5+ year
We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud automation while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and Jenkins.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Manage Kubernetes clusters and microservices architecture.
Configure and manage API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, Load Balancers, and routing.
Develop automation scripts and Chef cookbooks for application and middleware deployment.
Collaborate with development teams to design secure and scalable cloud solutions.
Implement IAM policies, security best practices, and access management.
Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, RTO, and RPO strategies.
Optimize AWS infrastructure performance and costs across services like EC2, EBS, S3, ALB, and VPC.
Monitor infrastructure health, budgets, and system performance.
Perform server maintenance, troubleshooting, and sanity testing.
Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams.
Support production and non-production environments while ensuring maximum uptime.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
AWS Certified or AWS Trained Professional.
Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with Kubernetes and Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge of API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, Load Balancers, and Layer 7 Routing.
Experience with Chef, Linux/Unix Administration, and automation.
Strong understanding of IAM, networking, security, and cloud architecture.
Experience with Disaster Recovery, Backup Strategy, and High Availability.
Excellent scripting, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise cloud migration projects.
Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
