Your expertise will be crucial in driving advancements in battery technology, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and efficiency. What we expect from you

MSc degree in electric, electronic, automotive engineering or similar

Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.

Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conducting data analysis is considered a plus.

Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)

Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.

Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.

Italian knowledge C1

English working proficiency is a Must have
