Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth within the assigned portfolio

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion and product/service enhancement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of initiatives

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members

Proven track record in driving sales, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting to support informed decision-making

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
