Key previous experience and skills needed:

Proven work on owning outcomes and influencing product decisions

Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up

Demonstrable experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data

8+ years of proven experience in digital product development.

5+ years of proven experience in End User Computing focusing on client management and Print management

8+ years of proven work with enterprise, global stakeholders

Key responsibilities (text) You’ll be a vital part in the transformation of IKEA into a more front-line obsessed company by ensuring that we provide device offerings that are both cost-efficient as well as fit for purpose for our co-workers globally. You immerse yourself in our products, turning complexity into insights that inspires both consumers and teams. By connecting technology with user experience, you help to ensure every feature makes sense and adds value. As a Product Specialist, you tell compelling stories that make products relatable and engaging for diverse audiences. Your passions sparks confidence drives progress and nurtures a mindset of continuous improvements.

This mean that you will:

Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data

Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights

Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories

To test, analyze and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals

Where needed, (and directed by the Product Manager/Owner) work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed

Work cross functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
