Job Overview:
CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Scrum Master with strong expertise in Scrum Master. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5–10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, coach Agile teams, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and promote continuous improvement.
Remove blockers and enable teams to achieve sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, and Agile metrics.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards.
Support release planning and drive timely delivery of high-quality products.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Primary Skills: - Scrum Frameworks, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps,
Experience: - 5-10 Years
Location: -Hyderabad Only.
Work Mode: - Hybrid
Certifcations:-Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) is preferred.
