We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Private Assets Process Specialist.

In this role, you will

Support delivery of the Real Estate portfolio, aligned to agreed outcomes and timelines.

Partner with the Yardi Application Owner to shape delivery strategy and set consistent team standards for efficient, effective delivery.

Drive “front-to-back” sustainable product and operating model improvements with stakeholders.

Challenge the status quo and improve ways of working, reflecting Group Values and Strategy.

Promote an inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and trust-based team environment.

Provide day-to-day operational oversight of the Yardi IA Voyager platform.

Implement key Yardi IA features and automation, coordinating with the business, Yardi, and development teams to resolve issues promptly.

Lead delivery activities end-to-end: planning, prioritisation, requirements and gap analysis, co-design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Analyse business requirements and define solutions spanning system changes and process changes; support client/system migrations (including parallel runs) and BAU handover.

Own vendor management and continuous improvement: strengthen controls, reduce cost, increase efficiency, manage risks, maintain process/training documentation, and support team resourcing/efficiency.

To be successful, you will

Solid Real Estate domain knowledge.

Strong knowledge of Yardi Investment Accounting (IA) modules and Yardi Voyager.

Proven experience implementing large-scale Yardi Voyager systems.

Hands-on experience running/operating Yardi Voyager platforms in production.

Demonstrated direct support experience for Yardi Investment Accounting modules.

Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) functionality and data movement processes.

Desirable: experience with Yardi Loan Module, including Debt Manager.

Desirable: experience with Yardi Commercial module.

Desirable: data implementation experience plus ability to write simple SQL queries and YSR reports.

Desirable: strong stakeholder information-gathering and operational support skills (troubleshooting helpdesk tickets in Voyager), plus change delivery tracking using Jira (or similar tools).
