Hours: 16 hours across 2 days per week

Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do

You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously

You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure

You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
