As a senior financial analyst at the Augusta Georgia Manufacturing Plant, you will contribute to Starbucks success by directly supporting financial performance and strategic initiatives. This role leads weekly and monthly business performance insights to drive financial results and influence decision making. This role also supports the development of strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.

As a senior financial analyst, you will…

Evaluate financial results to analyze financial impact of plant operating results, highlighting risks and opportunities as well as providing strategic and tactical recommendations to leaders

Support financial planning process through strategic plan, financial plan, and quarterly forecast processes

Deliver executive-level presentations that tell the story; summarizes key insights for leaders

Enjoy working on an energetic, collaborative, and fun team while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles

We’d love to hear from people with:

Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience

5 or more years of experience in a role performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial reporting

2 or more years of experience in a role using electronic financial modeling skills

3 or more years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
