MSP Operations Manager
Job Overview
NES Advantage is seeking an experienced MSP Operations Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and profitability of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program within a designated region. This strategic leadership role combines operational excellence, client relationship management, commercial ownership, and team leadership to ensure outstanding workforce solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end MSP program delivery, ensuring achievement of all contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Own regional P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, margin, and cost management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and identify opportunities for program expansion.
Manage, coach, and develop multi-site and regional teams to achieve high levels of engagement and performance.
Oversee supplier performance and optimize supply chain effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver governance reporting, program analytics, and business insights.
Ensure operational issues are resolved effectively and escalated appropriately when required.
Promote best practices and maintain consistent service delivery across the region.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience within MSP, RPO, contingent workforce, or workforce solutions environments.
Demonstrated experience managing operational performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and client leadership teams.
Proven leadership experience managing regional, virtual, or multi-site teams.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven and strategic approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
