In an agile team, we work together to develop sustainable energy and propulsion concepts that we implement worldwide with our customers. From generators and batteries to fuel cells, the solutions are as diverse as they are innovative. Your role extends from project planning to project closure on various projects of Oil Platforms, Ship or Chemical Complex.

How You'll Make an Impact

You deal comprehensively with the automation / electrical projects on offshore platforms / Chemical Platforms / Utilities to implement various activities related to project management.

Creating and maintaining project schedules, milestones, and timelines.

Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders regularly.

Conduct project meetings, workshops, and conference calls, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.

Generate and maintain project-related documents, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.

Compile data and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and performance.

Create post-project evaluations and lessons learned documents.

Manage project-related communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Conduct contractual and commercial correspondences.

Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Act as a liaison between Line managers and team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed and aligned with project goals.

Organize and maintain project-related data and files for easy access and retrieval.

Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Identify potential risks and issues and report them to the Stake holders and management team promptly.

Travelling to Siemens Energy customer sites for longer durations would be part of this role. (Domestic as well as International)
