JOB POSITION

Overall 5+ years of IT experience.

Minimum 3+ years of health care. Subject areas include benefits, Membership , provider & Claims.

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a business analyst which will include gathering requirements, liaison between business, end user and development and testing team.

Minimum 3+ years of experience developing test deliverables like test plan/strategy, test cases, test data creation.

Design and execute test strategies for API-driven applications

Perform end-to-end testing across APIs, databases, and UI layers

Validate data extraction and transformation logic, including AI/LLM outputs

Develop and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI testing

Perform data validation using SQL and NoSQL (DBeaver, MongoDB, or similar tools)

Test chatbot and AI/LLM workflows

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality

Identify, debug, and track defects through resolution

Required Skills

Strong experience in API testing (Postman, REST APIs)

Hands-on automation experience (RestAssured, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)

Solid SQL and NoSQL skills for data validation

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)

Understanding of microservices and integration testing

Experience in healthcare domain (claims, benefits, eligibility)

Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications (chatbots, data extraction, NLP)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack solutions.

Test Strategy, Coverage & Reviews: Reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.

Mentorship: Guide junior developers, providing technical support and career development.

Innovation & Research.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's/master s degree in computer science or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

Technical Experience:

Database:- Oracle, Mongo

Other Skills:- Understanding of Json, webservices

Process Tools:- Jira, confluence

Programming Skills:- Java/Python with any IDE knowledge

Automation tools:- Selenium, Playwright, UFT, Appium, PowerAutomate, etc.

Preferable skills:- AI powered tools, Cucumber BDD and CI/CD integration knowledge

Preferred Experience:

Agile & Scrum Methodologies

Disaster recovery, Vulnerability, Security & Performance Optimization validation

AI & Machine Learning Integration (optional but valuable)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs.

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
