Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Provide support for critical business applications.

Triage issues reported by system users and drive resolution.

Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.

Collaborate with business users, development teams and vendors.

Work with application architects, developers, QA, and other technical team members to drive successful technical solutions.

Assists in systems solutions that support overall business strategies.

Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of pharmacy systems.

Defines scope, objectives and coordinates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.

Function as a liaison between IT and business users.

Demonstrate both business and technical expertise.

Communicates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel.

Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.

Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.

Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

In depth knowledge of tools utilized - Jira, Confluence.

In depth Knowledge on Data base and SQL.

Should have work experience in DWH/Data Lake applications.

Experience in designing, building, and supporting the components of data warehouse, such as ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments.

Identifies and documents all requirements for both new and current data warehouse components and reports by working with end users.

QUALIFICATION

B.Tech /B.E /MCA

EXPERIENCE

6+ years of experience of work experience in Data warehouse or Data Lake applications

6+ years of experience in SQL, ability to build complex queries.

6+ years of experience with Strong analytical skills and advanced SQL knowledge, indexing, query optimization techniques.

6+ years of hands-on experience in a system analyst role.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Good understanding of business and operational processes.

Capable of Problem / issue resolution, capable of thinking out of the box.

Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.

Prior experience in US Healthcare Industry preferred.

Prior experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management systems preferred.
