Software Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Analyze business requirements and prepare technical design specifications.

Develop and modify COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2 programs based on enhancement requests.

Perform impact analysis for application changes and new functionalities.Execute unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.

Debug and resolve application defects and production issues.

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Monitor batch jobs and ensure successful completion of scheduled processes.

Optimize application and SQL performance to improve efficiency.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders, support teams, and project managers for successful delivery of enhancements and releases.
