Full Stack Developer

Location: Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

Develop robust, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Key Skills:

Frontend

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Backend

Experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Database

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is an added advantage.

DevOps & Tools

Proficiency in Git and version control.

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Experience working with scalable enterprise applications.

Knowledge of cloud-native application development.

Exposure to performance optimization and application security best practices.

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
