Salesforce developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and other declarative tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of developed solutions.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

Manage Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and security settings.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration methods such as REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.

Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications and integrations.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, recommending and implementing relevant improvements.

Document technical designs, development processes, and application configurations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
