Software Engineer – Marketing Platforms

DXC is looking for a Marketo Engineer to join our Marketing IT team. This role focuses on the day-to-day IT application management of Adobe Marketo and related marketing technology platforms.

We are looking for an all-round IT engineer with strong scripting and AI skills who can quickly learn and master Adobe Marketo. While prior Marketo experience is ideal, it is not required - we value a strong technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn over platform-specific expertise.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day IT operations of Adobe Marketo and related marketing automation platforms

Develop and maintain scripts and automations to optimize marketing workflows, data syncs, and platform integrations

Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing automation capabilities and operational efficiency

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance of marketing technology systems

Implement and manage integrations between Marketo and other enterprise systems (CRM, CMS, data platforms)

Monitor application health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users

Support Marketing stakeholders with technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices

Document processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity

Who You Are:

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

3+ years of experience in IT application management or software engineering

Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages)

Experience with AI tools and automation techniques

Adobe Marketo experience is a plus but not required - willingness and ability to learn quickly is essential

Understanding of marketing automation concepts and workflows

Experience with API integrations and data management

Quick learner - able to rapidly acquire new platform knowledge and adapt to evolving technologies

Fluent in English (mandatory)
