The SAP Procure to Pay Senior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting and challenging, client-facing, project-based work with a particular focus on delivering world-class solutions based on SAP’s latest procurement solutions, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Ariba. The Senior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have a strong desire to grow as a leader within our organization. They will be required to support actionable objectives for the organization, helping to sustain a culture of accountability and take a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, the Senior Consultant will be required to ensure our services' quality for our existing client base, support in the cultivation of relationships with new customers, support the development of new business opportunities, and support the continuous adjustment of our current and future offerings according to market demands.
Key Responsibilities
Design SAP MM solutions for end-to-end procure-to-pay processes
Work on challenging projects in management, process, and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industries
Support team leaders with the overall strategic direction of the Business Field – Sourcing and Supplier Solutions
Deliver to our existing and future clients the Sourcing and Supplier Solutions portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Ariba for both on-premise and cloud applications
Help design and implement innovative solutions for our clients leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP
Become a trusted advisor to our customers to actively shape the future of automotive and manufacturing
Actively and continuously learn the most relevant and innovative skills and capabilities
Develop and advance MHP's reputation within the North American marketplace
Create and maintain relationships with customers, thought leaders, and industry experts
Qualifications QualificationsQualifications
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education
4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry
7+ years of SAP S/4HANA Procurement and/or SAP MM (Materials Management) experience (process & customizing)
3+ full SAP lifecycle implementations
Experience in global or multi-country implementations
Ability to design end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and global templates
Strong customer focus with an analytical and structured approach
Good to know
Location: remote across Mexico or hybrid when based in Guadalajara
Type of contract: unlimited
Language: fluent in English and Spanish
Working time: Full-time
Travel availability inside Mexico: 20–40%
Travel availability to the US for limited workshops: 20–40%
