Job Description:
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with recruiters to facilitate the recruiting process
Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process
Create interview itineraries, facilitate travel, and coordinate debrief meetings with interview teams. Attend recruiting meetings as requested for specific hiring needs
Monitor the applicant tracking system and provide candidate management support to ensure quality data is maintained and compliance requirements are met
Source candidates and review resumes when necessary
Post external job descriptions to select job boards and various career sites
Prepare and send correspondence to candidates during the recruitment process
Support the candidate background check process, as needed
Schedule, coordinate, and assist with planning efforts for various meetings, programs, and events
Work on Ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels within the firm
Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g.Taleo, Linkedin) preferred
Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
Ability to work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
