Een nieuw warehouse. Een unieke samenwerking tussen Rhenus Warehousing Solutions en het Materieellogistiek Commando van Defensie. En een rol waarin jouw capacity planning direct impact maakt. In deze veelzijdige functie als Capacity Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste medewerkers op het juiste moment worden ingezet. Daarnaast beheer je de urenregistratie, verwerk je personeelsgegevens en ondersteun je de operatie met betrouwbare rapportages.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag maak je planningen en verwerk je urenregistraties, de andere dag stel je rapportages op, verwerk je mutaties of zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed van start kunnen gaan. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail blijft de personeelsplanning soepel verlopen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Het beheren en verwerken van personeelsgegevens in systemen zoals ATOSS;

Het verwerken van urenregistraties, verlofaanvragen en afwezigheden;

Het ondersteunen van de personeelsplanning;

Het opstellen van rapportages voor salarisverwerking en uitzendbureaus;

Het onboarden van nieuwe medewerkers;

Het verzorgen van badges, werkkleding en veiligheidsschoenen;

Diverse ondersteunende receptie- en facilitaire werkzaamheden.

Ben je in het bezit van de Nederlandse nationaliteit;

Kun je een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) overleggen;
