Job Description

What you can expect

You lead and deliver complex international projects, ensuring successful execution through effective governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You drive project management excellence by implementing and continuously improving methodologies, tools, standards, and governance frameworks across the organization.

You coach, mentor, and develop project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

You support global sales activities by providing project management expertise during customer engagements, proposal development, implementation planning, and project execution.

Furthermore, you strengthen the global project management community by promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, standardization, and best-practice implementation.

What you bring

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

You have at least 3 years of project management experience and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, and international projects, ideally within a global matrix organization.

You possess strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, automation, or related industries as well as a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are considered an advantage.

Last but not least, you are fluent in English, verbally and in writing, and possess excellent communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
