RINA is currently recruiting for a Intern Contract Management 1 to join its office in Rio de Janeiro - RJ within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.
Responsabilities
Support document control activities, including requesting, receiving, reviewing, and filing mandatory documentation for freelance professionals, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency in registration processes;
Assist in the creation and update of technical profiles and field personnel qualification matrices;
Support the technical qualification of candidates by requesting their CVs in the RINA format and registering relevant competencies and disciplines in the system;
Assist in preparing contractual drafts to be sent for signature to freelance inspectors and auditors;
Provide support in daily recruitment activities for both permanent and freelance positions (job postings, résumé screening, and interview scheduling);
Support the scheduling of periodic medical examinations for permanent project employees, as well as request their respective medical certificates (ASOs), RAC forms, and file them in their respective folders
Qualifications
Availability to work 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week (from 9 AM to 4 PM).
Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, with expected graduation by June 2027.
Ideally, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Spanish is a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Workplace: Centro, Rio de Janeiro.
Hybrid work model (after two months on-site).
