About the role

At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your DevOps expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a critical role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our centralized DevOps team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the product to success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, program management, and operations), prioritize product backlogs, and lead agile development processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of integrating DevOps and DevSecOps into software products, but also lead the development of a centralized DevOps team.

We’ll look to you for:

Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for the centralized DevOps team

Aligning product strategy with business objectives and stakeholder needs

Leading agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Translating business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and areas for improvement

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

All about you

Experience or understanding of managing complex software products and integrating DevOps/DevSecOps into software products

Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Familiarity with scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus)

A CSPO or SAFe PO/PM certification

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical background or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
