Software Programmer (Manufacturing Systems / MES)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Software Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical manufacturing systems. This role will be responsible for delivering robust software solutions, supporting system implementations, and ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing-related applications, including MES, shopfloor control, warehouse management, and supply chain systems.

Key responsibilities

Support and enhance manufacturing-related applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), shopfloor control systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and supply chain management solutions

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, stability improvements, and increased efficiency

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience in software development or application development with fair experience with Java, Python, SQL, and PL/SQL programming

Exposure to enterprise application development and support environments

Proficiency in Java and Python application development

Strong SQL and database development skills

Understanding of SDLC methodologies and software development best practices

Experience with manufacturing systems, MES, shopfloor applications, warehouse management systems, or supply chain systems will be an advantage.
