Job Description
AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF), Singapore, to build and anchor deep national capabilities in AI. AISG is supported through a government-wide partnership including the NRF, Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG). We bring together research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies to support impactful research, develop talent, and power Singapore's AI efforts.
AI Singapore is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Senior Project Executive to join AI Talent Development under AI Singapore. The role supports the execution of programs through operations oversight, funding administration & compliance and procurement coordination. In addition, the role will support the Director in operational modelling and simulation, pricing & cost control to contribute to growth of the team resources.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and proficient in using current data and machine learning tools and experienced in operations involving Singapore public sector projects and/or CSR initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage funding paperwork and processes in accordance with AI Singapore’s hosting institution policies.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement and documentation.
Support grant administration, including submission, processing, usage tracking and other metrics in compliance with funding terms and conditions.
Prepare and consolidate programme and financial reports for funders, ensuring alignment with KPIs and reporting deadlines.
Assist with general team operations such as internal coordination and scheduling, and documentation.
Provide contracting support to the partnerships team, including preparation of NDAs, agreements, and coordination with legal review and clearance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
1 – 3 years of relevant experience in project operations.
Track record of skills in data analysis and reporting with current data and/or machine learning tools.
Experienced in grant administration and procurement processes in Singapore public sector or higher education institutions is a strong advantage.
