The successful applicant will be an integral part of our dynamic employment practice group in Dublin. The role will entail work with all levels in the team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have in the region of 2 years’ relevant PQE within a large, medium, or boutique corporate law firm

Self-motivated and outcome focused

Collaborative team player with the ability to develop and work in a dynamic, intellectually rigorous environment

Excellent communication skills and a desire to present at client seminars, conferences, and workshops

Keen interest in legal knowledge, learning and development, and business development initiatives

Ability to think creatively and strategically and to drive innovation and change

Ability to establish credibility with, effectively engage with, and influence diverse teams of senior individuals
