Lead One of Roma's Most Iconic Hospitality Venues
Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead the team at the White Bull Tavern - a well-established, highly regarded venue in the heart of Roma, Western Queensland .

About the Venue
The White Bull Tavern is a cornerstone of the local community, offering quality dining, functions, liquor retail, gaming, and beverage experiences. As Venue Manager, you'll own day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with guests, team members, and the wider community.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the venue's overall performance - financial results, team leadership, compliance, guest experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a medium-sized hospitality team
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
Manage labour, wages, and cost control targets
Deliver outstanding guest experiences across the business
Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, food safety, and WHS requirements
Run local area marketing and community engagement initiatives
Analyse performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
Uphold high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness

Free manager quarters available at our other Roma venue, the Commonwealth Hotel, if required (private room, shared facilities with other live-in staff)
