About the Role – What You’ll Do:
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will lead strategic client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes within the workers compensation scheme.
You will:
Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
Develop and execute account management plans aligned to client needs
Monitor SLA performance and drive continuous improvement
Identify risks and emerging trends
Deliver value-added services that improve return-to-work outcomes and reduce claims costs
Data & Governance Programs to deliver reporting, dashboards and strategic support
You will work closely with:
Claims Teams to ensure strong case management and RTW planning
Advisory Specialists providing technical, premium, injury partnership and risk insights
Intermediary networks
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workers Compensation (essential)
Ability to interpret premium and claims data and translate insights into action
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for client outcomes
Prevention and early intervention innovation to drive client performance
Confidence in leading Executive/ Board meetings, influencing stakeholders and driving accountability
Practical leadership experience, with the confidence to manage priorities and navigate challenging situations
