About the role

The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a Full-time position, based at Mile End, SA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In this role you will:

Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)

To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store and within the warehouse.

Processing orders, invoices, and payments.

Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.

A forklift license is essential to perform warehouse duties.

The Store's standard operating hours are Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 4pm, Saturday 7.30am-11.30am. Your ordinary hours of work will be 38 hours per week, commencing at 6:30am. You may be required to work additional hours to meet operational requirements. Any hours worked beyond 38 hours per week will be paid in accordance with applicable overtime provisions providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income.
