Rental Coordinator- 8X6 FIFO

About the role

We have an exciting, opportunity for a Rental Coordinator to join our team at SINO Cape Preston, on a FIFO basis, 8 days on and 6 days off roster.

This role reports to the Branch Manager - Karratha and will see you develop and maintain relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.

In this role you will:

Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries

Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire

Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements

Raise purchase orders for associated equipment

Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment

Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements
