What you’ll do

Lead a team of people leaders, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.

Proactively identify and address areas for optimisation, driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.

You'll use data and a strong understanding of business systems to boost operational efficiency and achieve KPI’s

Demonstrate agility in navigating complex changes, ensuring your team remains engaged and supported through transitions.

Oversee budget management and optimise resource allocation to achieve maximum operational efficiency and meet our strategic goals

What you’ll bring

A proven background leading a team within Supply Chain, Retail, FMCG

The ability to work with union representatives in relation to dispute resolution and outcome/decision making.

A track record of navigating complex change while keeping teams engaged and supported.

A deep commitment to safety protocols and procedures is crucial

The ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks is essential.

You'll be comfortable articulating goals to your team and have the ability to provide feedback as needed
