About the Role

We’re looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Energy Management & B2B team in Melbourne. Reporting to the B2B Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and scalable data and reporting solutions that support operational performance, billing, sales support and business decision-making. You'll work across a range of enterprise systems and partner with stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that drive efficiency, performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, transform and maintain data from enterprise platforms, including billing, Salesforce and market data systems.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and recurring data outputs that support business operations and performance monitoring.

Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation and traceability processes to support operational, billing and regulatory requirements.

Deliver analysis and reporting to support billing investigations, forecasting, variance analysis and operational decision-making.

Partner with operational, billing and sales stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable reporting and insights.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve efficiencies and reduce manual effort across the business.

About you

You’re a data-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, uncovering insights and working collaboratively with stakeholders. You combine strong technical capability with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

A tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.

Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, transformation and data modelling.

Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Experience working with data warehouse environments such as CDH, EDW or similar platforms.

Knowledge of data quality frameworks, validation processes and dataset dependencies.

Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate and/or Python (desirable).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and time management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and build effective relationships across the business.
