Your opportunity

We are seeking a Building Foreman to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

About the role You will oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be responsible for:

Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities

Leading subcontractors, trades, and labour hire teams

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Coordinating materials, equipment, and site logistics

Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders

Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety meetings

Maintaining site records, reports, and documentation

What you'll bring:

Trade qualification in Building/Construction or equivalent industry experience

White Card (mandatory)

Relevant licences/tickets (e.g. EWP, Working at Heights) highly regarded

Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and WHS requirements

Well-developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
