Determine infrastructure requirements, such as power, data, and conduit, during pre-sales efforts and coordinate with general contractors.

Identify, account for, and communicate about project risks, site conditions, scheduling requirements, and dependencies in the design.

Review pre-construction documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.

Coordinate with vendors, architects, consultants and contractors to align designs with project constraints during design development.

Review and validate designs from junior Engineers and guide on adherence to best-practices.

Project Responsibilities

Support project teams during implementation and provide technical input as the “design authority” as needed.

Mentorship, Leadership and Collaboration

Review and provide constructive feedback on designs from junior and mid-level engineers to ensure quality and consistency.

Share knowledge and best practices to support the development of the engineering team’s skills and processes.

Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives.
