Duties

Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Perform route driving and commercial transportation duties to deliver products safely and efficiently, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations

Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products

Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing options

Follow safe lifting practices and perform heavy lifting as needed when handling merchandise or supplies

Ensure compliance with all safety standards related to automobile transportation, heavy lifting, and driving regulations

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; military experience is a plus for discipline and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred

Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principles

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following proper lifting practices

Strong math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins

Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety

Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members

Organizational skills to manage route schedules, deliveries, and inventory effectively

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer service
