P O S I T I O N O V E R V I E W
The VP, Client Partnerships is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving significant revenue expansion across a portfolio of iQuanti's most strategic enterprise accounts in the US. This is a frontline growth role for a commercially driven leader who sees every client relationship as an opportunity to deepen partnerships, unlock new business challenges, and create transformational growth outcomes.
You will lead from the front in high-stakes client engagements, shape strategic growth agendas with senior executives, and drive substantial account expansion through consultative selling, innovation, and relentless execution. We are looking for a hunter within existing accounts - someone who can identify whitespace opportunities, challenge client thinking, build executive sponsorship, and consistently convert opportunity into revenue.
As iQuanti accelerates its AI-led value creation model through iQ.Ai, this role will play a critical part in scaling that story within some of the firm's most important and highest-potential client relationships. Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships and collaborating closely with Solutions, Client Services, and the broader Growth organization, the VP will be the primary commercial growth driver across their assigned account portfolio.
S C O P E O F R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Strategic Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
Own and deliver ambitious revenue growth targets across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the US.
Build and execute account growth strategies that drive significant expansion in wallet share, stakeholder influence, and commercial impact.
Identify, create, and pursue high-value opportunities across services, channels, analytics, AI, technology, and consulting offerings.
Drive account-based expansion by uncovering unmet client needs and translating them into scalable growth opportunities.
Maintain relentless focus on pipeline quality, opportunity velocity, revenue attainment, and account profitability.
Executive Relationship Leadership
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and executive decision-makers across US-based enterprise organizations.
Establish iQuanti as a strategic growth partner by aligning our capabilities to clients' most critical business priorities.
Lead executive business reviews, growth planning discussions, and strategic partnership conversations. influence across client organizations by developing multi-threaded relationships and identifying new centers of opportunity.
Commercial Leadership & Solutioning
Lead the strategy behind complex expansion pursuits, commercial negotiations, renewals, and large-scale account growth initiatives.
Shape compelling growth narratives that integrate iQuanti's AI-led platforms, proprietary capabilities - iQ.Ai, ALPS, SIERA, LEAP, and the Omnichannel Paid Media Hub - and differentiated expertise.
Partner with Solutions, Analytics, Media, SEO, and Technology teams to develop and execute winning growth strategies in competitive environments.
Opportunity Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with strategy, analytics, media, SEO, content, and technology teams to identify and develop expansion opportunities.
Bring together multidisciplinary teams to create compelling, client-centric solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Feed real-time market intelligence, client insights, and competitive intelligence into solution development and growth planning.
Ensure seamless execution from opportunity identification through commercial closure and delivery alignment with Client Services.
Leadership & Culture
Operate as a senior commercial leader within the Client Partnerships organization, contributing to team capability-building and culture.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, curiosity, and commercial excellence across internal teams.
Champion a growth mindset and continuously raise the bar for performance and client outcomes.
Partner closely with delivery and functional leaders to maximize client impact and long-term account value.
P R O F E S S I O N A L Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
Required
12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account growth, strategic sales, client leadership, consulting, or business development - with a demonstrated track record of delivering significant revenue expansion within large, complex enterprise accounts.
Proven success identifying, shaping, and closing multi-million-dollar expansion opportunities across US enterprise markets.
Strong commercial instincts with deep expertise in consultative selling, executive relationship management, and strategic account planning.
Deep familiarity with regulated industries - financial services and insurance required; healthcare strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, technology, and AI-led solutions - sufficient to craft credible growth narratives and lead substantive client conversations.
Executive presence to influence C-suite stakeholders and build long-term strategic partnerships at the most senior levels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex, multi-discipline capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate at the executive level.
Collaborative, cross-functional influencer: able to align Solutions, Client Services, and Marketing stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfortable in lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments requiring the ability to build systems and processes from the ground up.
Preferred
Experience positioning AI-driven marketing platforms or proprietary technology (e.g., iQ.Ai) as a competitive differentiator in account growth and expansion conversations.
Background in a PE-backed or high-growth agency or professional services environment with exposure to structured commercial processes and growth-oriented cultures.
Familiarity with performance marketing disciplines - SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Marketing Analytics, MarTech - sufficient to credibly lead capability conversations with senior client stakeholders.
Salary Range - 225K Base

In addition to benefits, we offer a competitive Total Compensation package. This includes a base salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or other applicable incentive compensation, based on role and performance.
