Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Clinics to Manage: 6 eClinics per cluster

Preference: Local candidates from the respective base locations are preferred.

Job Description (JD)

Role Overview:

The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing multiple eClinics in the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of 6 eClinics in the assigned cluster

Ensure patient footfall and conversion into revenue-generating services

Drive clinic profitability as per targets

Promote services like memberships, diagnostics, medicines, and procedures

Supervise nurses and pharmacists at eClinics

Conduct regular clinic visits and ensure SOP compliance

Coordinate with doctors for scheduling and availability

Ensure timely doctor payouts and smooth coordination

Organize health camps and community outreach activities

Improve patient awareness through local marketing activities

Collect patient feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues

Ensure strong patient follow-up and satisfaction

Implement healthcare programs like eye camps, diabetes checks, women’s health initiatives

Coordinate training for nurses and pharmacists with clinical training teams

* Work with internal teams for smooth healthcare delivery

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
