Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, ensure smooth order processing, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and reverse pickups.

Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently.

Ensure accurate stock levels and coordinate with warehouses to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Optimise operational workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.

Maintain compliance with company policies and marketplace guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

2–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Experience with logistics coordination and inventory management systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, campaigns).

Ability to handle high-order volumes and scale operations.
