JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports.

 Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

 Build complex data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

 Develop and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

 Create reusable datasets, semantic models, and report templates.

 Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), object-level security, and governance standards.

 Perform report performance tuning and optimization for large datasets.

 Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.

 Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and architects to define analytics solutions.

 Establish best practices for Power BI development, deployment, and support.

 Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

 Manage Power BI Service administration, workspaces, gateways, deployments, and CI/CD processes.

 Support production issues and ensure high availability of BI solutions.
