We are currently seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Senior Software Development Engineer (NS062) Position Overview We are hiring a 77 - FT Supervisor Senior Software Development Engineer within the Automation DevOps domain. This role is responsible for Run Team, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment. Key Responsibilities • Core Responsibility: Run Team • Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications • Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes • Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages • Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards • Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation Technical Skills Tools Required tools/technologies: UPS.COM, Akamai, Jfrog Strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring tools expertise, and automation capability expected. Experience Level Expectations Years of experience required: 5 Position level: 77 - FT Supervisor Role Depth Expectations • Execute operational tasks and follow runbooks • Escalate complex issues to senior teams • Learn tools and processes continuously Interview Evaluation Guide Screening Questions • Explain your hands-on experience with UPS.COM, Akamai, Jfrog. • Walk through a real incident related to Senior Software Development Engineer and how you resolved it. • How do you perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence? • How do you handle high-severity incidents under pressure? • How do you follow SOPs and escalation processes? • How do you prioritize multiple incidents? Must-Have Skills • Hands-on experience with UPS.COM, Akamai, Jfrog • Strong troubleshooting and RCA capability • Experience in production support environment Nice-to-Have Skills • Automation/scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.) • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools • Certifications relevant to domain Red Flags • Lack of real incident handling experience • Inability to explain troubleshooting steps clearly • No hands-on exposure to listed tools
