La risorsa sarà inserita in stage nel team Customer Service e avrà un ruolo chiave nel supporto ai clienti, contribuendo a garantire un servizio efficiente e di qualità.
Cosa farai
Supporto nella gestione delle richieste clienti (email/telefono)
Monitoraggio spedizioni e aggiornamento clienti sullo stato delle consegne
Gestione segnalazioni, reclami e anomalie
Collaborazione con il team operativo per la risoluzione delle problematiche
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati nei sistemi aziendali
Supporto nelle attività di reportistica base
Cosa cerchiamo
Diploma o Laurea (preferibilmente in ambito economico/linguistico/logistico)
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
Precisione e orientamento al cliente
Attitudine all’apprendimento
Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e multitasking
