Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Kiosk Manager / Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and the ability to maintain smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:Store Operations
Manage day-to-day kiosk/store operations efficiently
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Sales & Customer Service
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
Promote products and upsell to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Team Management
Supervise and guide sales staff
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
Train team members on product knowledge and customer handling
Motivate employees to improve performance and productivity
Inventory Management
Track stock movement and coordinate replenishment
Conduct regular stock audits
Prevent inventory loss and damage
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Undergraduate
Experience in retail/store management preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic computer and billing software knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts

₹20,000 – ₹26,000 (Based on experience)
