Digital Marketing Manager
About the role
Are you passionate about creating impactful digital experiences and building brands that people love? We're looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, drive audience engagement, and shape compelling brand stories across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Plan and manage monthly/quarterly content calendars for multiple brands.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Oversee the creation of engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
Optimize content using platform best practices, hashtags, captions, and posting schedules.
Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Build strong online communities by monitoring comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track key performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with Creative, Design, Video, Branding, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Review and approve content while ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
Support influencer collaborations and manage brand reputation during campaigns or critical situations.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and social media management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of paid social media, influencer marketing, and digital analytics is an added advantage.
