Job Description
Mandatory:
8+ years of good hands-on experience of developing Web applications using Angular 20, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, Bootstrap
Strong hands-on experience of developing middleware / backend applications using Java 17+, Spring boot, Kafka/JMS, Oracle, Mongo DB
Good hands-on experience using Spring framework including knowledge across Core Spring Framework, Sprint boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security, unit testing, mocking frameworks and caching concepts clarity
Good working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
Good hands-on experience of ORM tools like Spring JDBC, JPA / Hibernate
Good working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab
Good working knowledge of tools like SonarQube, Veracode, Jenkins, Jprofiler, JMeter, Maven, Gradle, GIT, stash & Gitlab etc,
Good working knowledge of Agile development using Jira/Agile Central, Confluence
Good working knowledge of Unix/ Linux scripting
Must have strong skill in Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and System integration.
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Good Communication and analytical skills
Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
Open to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work)
Desirable:
Certification in Banking domain
Preferred experience in Postgre and AWS
