We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Gladiator – Angular & Next.js Team Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Angular and Next.js developers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
Take complete ownership, accountability, and responsibility for every task and deliverable undertaken.
Ensure every completed task is properly tracked, documented, and measurable.
Be prepared to explain, justify, and provide regular updates on work progress whenever required.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Coordinate with managers, leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion with high quality.
Drive technical excellence, coding standards, and best practices across the team.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and delivery risks.
Work independently and collaboratively without the need for daily Scrum meetings.
Support team members and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Angular and Next.js development.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with REST APIs and modern frontend architecture.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage work pressure and multitask effectively.
Experience in mentoring and managing development teams.
Experience
2+ years of experience in frontend development with Angular and Next.js.
Prior experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications is preferred.
