Etshirt.ca is a custom apparel printing company based in Lachine, QC, specializing in DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, screen printing, embroidery, and more. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DTF Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has some experience in printing and graphic design, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-time or full-time available
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain DTF printing equipment
Prepare and manage print files for production
Ensure print quality meets company standards
Handle basic graphic design tasks as needed
Requirements
Some experience in graphic design and/or printing
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with DTF printing is an asset but not required

Le poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) opérateur(trice) DTF motivé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal possède une certaine expérience en impression et en design graphique, et est à l'aise dans un environnement de production dynamique.
Horaire
Lundi au vendredi, 9h00 – 17h00
Temps partiel ou temps plein disponible
Responsabilités
Opérer et entretenir les équipements d'impression DTF
Préparer et gérer les fichiers d'impression pour la production
S'assurer que la qualité d'impression respecte les standards de l'entreprise
Effectuer des tâches de base en design graphique au besoin
Exigences
Expérience en design graphique et/ou en impression
Souci du détail et solide éthique de travail
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
Expérience en impression DTF un atout, mais non obligatoire
